iSchool.my app support
MindMap for SPM · iPhone and iPad
Study smart with offline Form 4 and Form 5 mindmaps, personal notes, flashcards and exam practice. No iSchool account is needed.
Unlock the full collection
Tap Unlock full access in the app. Apple shows the current local price and asks you to confirm a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. The unlock covers the complete mindmap and exam-paper collections included in the app.
On another iPhone or iPad using the same purchasing Apple Account, open Settings → Restore purchases. An internet connection is needed for a purchase or restoration. Apple and Google purchases are separate; website purchases do not unlock this standalone app.
If the product is unavailable, check your internet connection and App Store account, reopen the app and try again. If charged but content is locked, use Restore purchases and contact us if it remains locked. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Find and study a mindmap
Tap a subject card to show both forms, or its Form 4/Form 5 button for one form. Pinch to zoom and drag to pan. Use Read labels or Full screen for a closer view. Chapter labels follow the source syllabus; revision supplements are marked separately.
Exam practice
Open Exam papers, choose a subject and paper, select an answer, then tap Check answer. Review the explanation and linked chapter mindmaps. Your answers and position are saved on this device. One paper per available subject is free. Practice adaptations and trial papers are labelled.
Keep your progress
Before changing devices or removing the app, use Settings → Export study backup. Import it on your new device to recover notes, saved chapters and practice progress. Matching entries use the imported version. Purchase restoration is separate from study backups. There is no automatic iSchool cloud sync.
Report a problem or content correction
Email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version and app version (shown in Settings). For a content correction, include the subject, form, chapter or paper, and question number. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or Apple verification codes.
