Mobile app privacy policy

iSchool.my – SPM Mindmap · Effective 28 September 2026

This policy covers the standalone iSchool.my mobile app, published by MEGASAP SDN BHD. The iSchool.my website has separate account and payment features; using the mobile app does not create a website account.

Your study work stays on your device

The app requires no iSchool login and contains no advertising or analytics SDK. We do not receive your notes, saved mindmaps, practice answers, exam responses, progress or language preference through the app. These are stored locally.

Your operating system’s backup or device-transfer settings may include this data. You may export a study backup and choose where to save or share it. Imported backups are processed on your device. Removing the app may remove locally stored work. Restoring a purchase does not restore study work.

Purchases

Apple or Google processes payment authentication, billing and purchase history under its own privacy policies. The app reads verified purchase information to unlock content. It does not collect payment-card details or transmit purchase receipts to an iSchool server. The Android app stores a signed receipt locally for offline access.

Sharing, printing and support

The app opens native sharing, printing and file interfaces only when you choose these actions. Destinations you select may process the information under their own policies.

If you email support, we receive your message and the contact details you provide so we can respond. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable obligations. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

Opening this support website makes a normal web request to our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which may process network information such as your IP address for delivery and security. These pages do not use advertising, tracking pixels or analytics scripts.

Students and children

The app is designed for SPM revision and does not require students to provide personal information to use its learning features. Parents or guardians can manage purchases through their device’s store settings.

Your choices

To remove study work, uninstall the app and manage any exported or system backups separately. You control any files shared outside the app. Removing the app does not cancel a completed one-time purchase.
